The amount and quality of our sleep affects our health, productivity, and longevity. The drivers that control our intake of sleep, are time-management skills, prioritizing of sleep, schedule/ activites, and sleep environment /sleep disorders. Some studies in fact say oversleeping can be just as bad as insufficient sleep.
My proposal for improving public health at the scale of the body is to create a SleepWell application for electronics and mobile devices to help regulate and monitor healthy sleep.
